Michelle’s expertise is in industrial and manufacturing facilities. She also has a
strong background in the sale and acquisition of investment properties. Her prior
corporate background gives her insight and creativity in finding long-term solutions
and cost savings.

As a Principal of the firm, Michelle is responsible for directing and overseeing all
organizational activities, including agent development and transaction
management.  Prior to forming Hudson Peters, Ms. Hudson was a consistent top
producer during her fifteen years at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller
Commercial. She is regarded as one of the top brokers region wide.

Before entering commercial brokerage in 1990 she worked in facilities
management for Pizza Hut Worldwide and Rent-A-Center, Inc.

Michelle has a B.A. in History and a Masters degree in Economics. She received
her CCIM designation in 1993.
