Sanober Syed has ten years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in
healthcare real estate. As Vice President of Hudson Peters Commercial, Sanober’s
focus is in assisting physicians and related medical practices as well as individual
investors with all of their real estate needs. Her keen financial understanding
helps her client’s make informed and prudent long term strategic decisions.
Sanober represents Landlords and Tenants, Buyers and Sellers.
Prior to joining HPC, Sanober was Trammell Crow’s Director of Strategic Services
for Baylor Health Care System. She developed a database of Baylor’s medical
office building portfolio, analyzing usage, rental rates and expenses for the Baylor
Healthcare System. Her work culminated in the sale of a portfolio of 20 of Baylor’s
medical office buildings for $133 million. In addition, Sanober evaluated over $2
billion in medical office buildings for acquisitions for Partners Health Trust, a
Trammell Crow Company fund. Her valuations resulted in the acquisition of an $80
million portfolio that launched Partners Health Trust.
At JP Morgan Chase, Sanober gained hotel experience when she underwrote the
$1.2 billion financing for the Wyndham/Patriot deal. In addition, she acquired retail
experience through marketing a $60 million regional mall.
Sanober has experience as a small business owner and is an investor in medical
office property.
