Sara Fredericks brings a background in national tenant representation to Hudson
Peters. In dealing with multi-site commercial real estate users both locally and
internationally she has expertise in office, industrial and retail properties. Sara has
specific experience assisting clients with purchasing investment properties, sale
lease/backs, and negotiating leases.
Prior to joining Hudson Peters, Sara began her commercial real estate career at
Mohr Partners in Dallas where her primary responsibility was the procurement of
new national business. She developed a successful marketing strategy focusing
on call center and career education clients resulting in several national clients.
Sara procured Mohr’s largest national client, recruited an international call center
project with a Fortune 500 company, and completed a 352,600 square foot sale
leaseback transaction for a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable
food service products.
Sara is bi-lingual in Spanish and has a B.A. in Spanish and International Studies
from Trinity University.
