Scott Jackson has over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate
industry. He is a licensed broker in the State of Texas and a member of the North
Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has experience in tenant and
landlord representation for industrial, flex, office, and retail properties. Scott has
particular expertise in owner occupied acquisition and disposition of commercial
properties. Scott was the recognized with the HPC Platinum Award for Client Care
in 2007!
Scott has extensive market knowledge of the entire DFW Metroplex for those “hard
to find” requirements. In addition, his experience and mental insight give him the
skills to negotiate favorably on his client’s behalf. Scott has completed over 150
transactions totaling $60 million in value.
Prior to joining Hudson Peters Commercial Scott was with Burr & Temkin
Commercial and Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group for ten years where he
was consistently a top producer.
Scott has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and
completed some graduate work at the University of North Texas. He received the
prestigious CCIM designation in the fall of 2010.
Before obtaining his real estate license, Scott worked for the State of Texas at the
Department of Protective and Regulatory Services in the Child Protective Services
Department (CPS) as an investigator and ongoing caseworker.
