Tisha Billelo is a commercial real estate executive with proven producing expertise
in leasing, tenant representation, and investment acquisitions and dispositions.  
She has extensive experience in her practice areas that include retail, industrial,
land, medical, multi-family, hospitality, and build-to-suit.  

She brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to the table and
takes pride in treating every assignment as her own while keeping a close watch
on her client’s particular business and strategic goals.  She provides clients with
business investment acquisition and disposition management services along with
an extensive financial and market analysis of each transaction. Her ability to
understand the investment side of a transaction helps her to maximize benefits for
the client she represents. She is critically aware of the impact of every vacant space
and every tenant incentive has on the return on investment.

Ms. Billelo attended Northwood University, is a member of the SMU Real Estate
Society, has completed the Commercial Real Estate Legal program from Texas
Wesleyan University School of Law, and is a candidate for her CCIM, considered to
be the MBA for Commercial Real Estate. Before joining Hudson Peters as vice-
president Ms. Billelo has spent the last several years of her career with Henry S.
Miller Commercial in Dallas.

Along with her many professional affiliations, she has served her local and church
community in various ways. Those include serving as chairman for fund-raising
and construction of playgrounds, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador,
volunteering in the Attorney General’s Office, and serving on boards relating to
family abuse and indigent health care.  Her community passion involves all issues
surrounding women and children and her favorite servant leader position is one of
hands-on mentor to teen and adult women.
