Regional Property Manager
David manages a portfolio of properties and handles the property’s operations to maximize performance, profitable growth and return on investments. Plans, organizes, directs and controls activities of the property, utilizing available resources.
He works closely with clients providing driven-led results. He develops budgets, maintains property rent rolls, prepares property operating variance reports and ownership monthly reports. Interfaces with building engineers, vendors, and construction management to efficiently and economically repair and maintain the physical conditions of the property.
David works to identify and implement cost savings initiatives with an overall goal of reducing operating expenses and to increase efficiency. Experience with managing class A and B properties with proven management and leadership skills.
